Residence permit in Latvia through registration of a company

Residence permit in Latvia through an employment visa

Other ways to obtain a residence permit in Latvia:

• Residence permit based on the purchase of real estate objects in Latvia in the amount of at least €250,000 and a cadastral value of at least €80,000.

• Residence permit on the basis of a deposit in a bank of Latvia in the amount of at least €280,00 for a period of at least 5 years (a one-time fee of €25,000 must also be paid).

• Owner of interest-free special-purpose bonds in the amount of €250,000: funds are returned within 5 years, a state fee of €38,000 shall be paid on the first filing.

• Residence permit on the basis of obtaining higher education.

• Residence permit based on family reunification.
